Termination Policy
California Senate Bill 998 (Water Shutoff Protection Act) set new requirements for residential water service termination for non-payment of a water utility bill. The Coastside County Water District created a Residential Water Service Termination Policy, effective February 1, 2020, to comply with these requirements.

How Do I Sign Up for a Payment Plan?
Any customer who is unable to pay for their water bill within the normal payment period may contact the District office at (650) 726-4405 to request a payment plan to avoid disruption of service. To download a Payment Plan Application, see Paying Your Bill.
