During Office Hours
Customer Service representatives are available during office hours of 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, either in person, by telephone at (650) 726-4405 or by email at customerservice@coastsidewater.org.
Non-emergency messages can be left at the above number.
After Office Hours
To report an emergency, such as a water main or service line leak, or if water service is required to be turned on or off, please call the San Mateo County Public Safety Communications Dispatch Office at (650) 363-4951.
For non-emergency related matters, you may leave a message at (650) 726-4405.
Checking for Leaks
If you think you have a leak or need help locating your water meter, please contact us at (650) 726-4405. A Customer Service representative can assist you and schedule a free on-site visit from field staff if necessary.
