Dear Customers,

As of March 16th, the District’s lobby is closed to the public and offices are partially staffed during business hours. The lobby will remain closed until Governor Newsom cancels or modifies the Safer at Home order.

Customers can drop off payments in the payment box, pay by phone, pay by mail or make a one-time credit card payment on-line. Unfortunately, with the lobby closed, District staff are not able to take cash payments. A money order through the U.S. Postal Service® is an alternative for customers who pay in cash.

The District apologizes for any inconvenience, but due to the risk associated with COVID-19 disease, the District’s priority is to protect the health of staff in order to maintain full operation of the transmission, treatment and distribution of drinking water to the Coastside.
